Sea Bass are one of the most popular fish we sell. Both in the shop & to our wholesale customers. It's meaty white flesh is bold and able to compliment many other flavours. This is why its so popular, you can use it in curries, stews, soups as well as simply grilling, roasting or BBQ'ing the fish whole. When filleted the fish is best pan fried skin down in a little olive oil & butter.
